| PAINTING
The Mayan painting included a great variety
of subjects and styles. To paint era a made activity of a very symbolic way like
the elaboration of the masks, the astronomical serpents, signals, the great suits
of emplumadas heads and even the temples. The
Mayan painting seems to follow the beliefs and the world of mythology and the
supernatural thing religious. The paintings of the people were a very important
fact, as much that during the period of Classic the only certain positions they
seem to be painted.
 These
paintings also had a high degree of symbolism. They were painted in the murals
like exhibition, the victories, the captives, the dances, the ceremonies that
Priests made and representations of the Gods associated with the ritual. Other
pictures and murals show zoomorphs that were paintings of human beings half and
half animals that kept in the temples, tombs and pyramids. Other forms to paint
appeared in the ceramics and the codices where they painted themselves of Blue
Mayan.
