The official currency is Mexican
Peso. A dollar is equivalent to 10 pesos Mexican, varying
according to the fluctuations of the exchange market.

The varied restaurants of
characteristic offer from the typical Mayan food, to diverse
varieties of Mexican and international gastronomy.
. CLIMATE.
In the region the climate
is warm, with a temperature annual average of 26ºCs,
being able to arrive at the 35ºCs in summer. The highest
temperatures are registered between the months of May and
August, the season of rains includes/understands September
and October.
Activitis and Sports

This sport can be practiced in the different fields that count
on excellent designs and facilities, like playacar (18 holes)
and port adventures (9 holes).

The turquesas waters of the Caribbean Sea are excellent for

submarine life of the Great Mayan Reef can be appreciated.
The formation coralline which they extend throughout good
part of the coast, constitutes an unforgettable spectacle,
that allows to experience the fantastic vision of the second
barrier of the great chorale but of the world. For that they
wish to live for the first time the experience on the diving,
different programs and courses distributed by expert instructors
exist. The numerous underground rivers and natural wells,
constitute others of other alternatives for the lovers of
the diving. * It is recommended to go to some lender of services
of the locality as well as to contract expert instructors
in the diving in caverns.
· IT FISHES - (FLYSHING).
The beaches, lagoons and coasts offer an excellent possibility
for the sport of the fishing that as much attracts professionals
and fans worldwide for the deep-sea fishing like for the minor.
In the salty lagoons of the interior of the reserve of the
biosphere of Sian they káan can practice the exquisite
sport of the fishing without bait, an attraction but for the
Mayan Earth visitors. Within the reserve excursions in boats
or boat outside hut are offered, guided by experts in the
sport, who also count on an integral formation in the knowledge
of the zone and the local culture.
