municipality of Felipe Cart Port was based on 1850 with
the old name of Chan Holy Cross. It is the place of
great historic importance, since in this place during
the war of castes and by medium century, they concentrated
the mayas autodenominados Cruzoob, who they founded
a singular society covered by the Cross Parlante, Christian
symbol that adopted the natives and they became it oráculo,
law and guide during its fights against the white domination.
This populated has a private charm and radica in which,

paths interpretativos, the Sanctuary of the Cross Parlante,
the House of the Culture and especially the Balam Nah
(house of God) temple whose construction themselves
